Isn't it a bit strange...questy item that laughs with an unholy glee as its dark umbra surrounds PC, infusing its with stolen energy...has no 'magic' attribute?

I guess I can get on board with that. If it were a blessed or divine item, then no; this looks more necromantic, though.
