Miasma seems to have an odd amount of lag on it in comparison to other shaman supplications. You *can* sometimes commune it every round but other times not? by design?

Most abilities lag for a number of pulses that's evenly divisible by a round of combat, but not all. Miasma is one of them, so depending on when exactly the commune goes through will determine how the lag "feels", if that makes sense.
