#21519, "Acid control doesn't proc."
|
After many long fights in the depths of hell I did a search in my client for the acid proc and it fired exactly one time during the log in. I believe something is askew.

The code looks fine to me. There are a number of things that cause it to fire less often against certain targets, but that's on you to work out.
