#21241, "Chantrelle's Mote is a light based attack but doesn't appear to be doing light based damage."


          

Either that or the undead aren't appearing to show vulnerability to this specific spell/supplication.

It's dealing light-based damage. Not all undead are vulnerable to that, and many aren't.
