Is it supposed to be possible to teleport into the lair of the ancient blue dragon, and the mists of Thar-Acacia? I can understand teleporting into places like the Mausoleum, but these? Over all the years I've played CF, I don't think I've ever teleport into the mists of Thar-Acacia, and never into a dragon lair since they first went in, and that's after thousands of teleports in the latter case, and tens (or hundreds) of thousands in the former case.

There was some long-standing confusion for area writers for a long time where a bunch of miscellaneous flags were blocking Teleport without documentation. That was fixed (see January 2014 Code Changes), and you can Teleport into places unless the area writer specifically blocked it.

It is a feature, not a bug, that this makes Teleport a riskier endeavor that you might want to reserve for situations where you are in immediate danger.
