Not a big deal but this does not strike me as a lightweight at all.

a lightweight suit of gold chainmail can be referred to as 'lightweight suit gold chainmail golden links pile'.
It is worth 17818 copper, and is of the 45th level of power.
It is armor worn on the body.

While the most realistic angle would be "even the ludicrously wealthy would never make functional armor out of an incredibly dense yet soft and malleable metal", that's very light for armor made out of gold.
