I may have posted the incorrect log before, I do not think I did. In the following log, I land bindhands/tie/truss on lunas and he's still wielding his vanilla ranger staff after...

You grab Lunas's paws and begin to nimbly wrap rope around his wrists.

You continue to methodically tie up Lunas's paws.

This felar stands fairly tall at about six feet in height. He has very long
muscular legs and arms which are both ended with a pair of very large paws.
His entire body is a dull sandy color. Small faded patches of white can be
seen sporadically over his coat.

He appears to be very unkept and very rough. He has stains of mud about him
and predominately seems to dress himself in leathers and hides. A few skin
gourds are about his waist and a large spear on his back.

His face is very calm and quiet looking in appearance. He has a pair of large
amber colored orbs on his face that lead to a large perky nose. His mouth is
soft and only small bits of his teeth are visible.
Lunas, a male felar, is covered with bleeding wounds. (50% - 75%)
Lunas is gagged.

Lunas is using:

Never played a binder, didn't know the difference between truss and bindhands... however, this is still as designed.

Bind hands stops dual wielding, but not two handing weapons.

Yeah, hard to imagine with a staff or spear, but that's how it is.

Your hands are tied together at wrist? So you can still hold your two handed weapon. But maybe you can add an effect to lower the hits or something like that, as you cannot hold use both hands separately.

I dunno, for me, it is hard to imagine someone wielding a spear or a staff effectively with their hands tied together. How would you jab?

As far as -to hit, bind hand already does this. Also -dex.
