Just thought I'd point out the helpfile for hamstring states "This can be used to start combat, or in combat if you are not tanking."
Compare this to circle stab
"A player that is not being attacked may circle around and stab a victim while in battle."
Tanking being a frowned upon term RP-wise, I'd consider updating the helpfile.
