Ok, I was being a smart ass because this bug reports that say 'x is broken' are not helpful, so my response was equally unhelpful, but to avoid answering all the posts about this, this commune does not work from anywhere, to anywhere. If you could not reach them (transdimensionally), your heal also cannot reach them.
