Appears to have broken, once taken it hasn't increased the duration or affects of Wraithform

This edge only affects the level and duration of wraithform, and the duration changes will only kick in around level 35 or so... it isn't a big boost, even at level 51 you'd only get 2 or 3 extra hours from this edge.
