On Friday, January 11th and previous to that, as long as I shifted to a water form, I did not get hydrophobia. It was a nice feature for being a sub-par race for a shifter. I logged in today, January 14th, and now since desert became wilderness and water changed, I now dive as my water form, and get hydrophobia. Not sure if this was intentional but this really sucks.
