#19977, "muscle memory edge"


          

minor forms take more mana to maintain after taking the edge.
It cost 50 mana per tick before 70 now. Checked the state of the veil with nexun, it was normal. don't know if I'm just missing something or if it's a bug.

It's working fine from everything I see. I have a suspicion about what you're seeing but it has nothing to do with Muscle Memory.
