I ask this only because it seems I've played a fair number of shifters with "Excellent Dodge Ability" and it just seems like the Owl doesn't really live up to that expectation. I'm "skilled" in the form, had it's dex maxxed at 22, and here's just a random sample of how well it dodges. I don't think this is bad luck as this seems pretty typical for what I've seen from this form. If it's working as designed then please ignore, but thought it might be worth a look.
