Bone golems don't seem to benefit from the Golem Guardian edge. At least, they don't wield weapons when I give them over. I have no idea if the other relevant edges apply.
I believe the option to make a bone golem after being able to make a flesh one was introduced post-golem edges, so maybe it wasn't properly updated.
