I have a 3rd tier form with tendonslash, and I've tried to use it in conjunction with my 1st tier forms. I thought it could prove useful. I then tested it in the Arena and found it left no affect, or did not have any effect on the person whom I was fighting. I was wondering if this was a bug, or the low lvl tendonslash does nothing in hero, or in general curious what was happening?

A Massive Arena
This arena is seemingly carved from solid granite, forming a pit in the earth
where there was no earth to be found. The walls are strangely smooth and
sheer with chips and gouges taken out by the occasional thrown weapon. Scorch
marks mar the stone walls and you also notice some splatters of blood
decorating the rock. The ground is a fine, packed dirt which gives superior
traction to all combatants with no advantage or disadvantage to either party.
