#18967, "Lightning bolt spell bug?"


          

The held item (Glowing) an orb filled with crackling sparks does not seem to affect the lightning bolt spell, also the lightning bolt spell seemed to not affect Arial prisoner vulns as much as I thought it would.. Because of this I thought the lightning bolt spell might be missing a spell_effect flag or something. Thanks for your time!

That is correct.
