#18666, "Deft Harbinger of Talismanic Doom"


          

A guildmaster says a wood-elf bard with 24 dex (deft) will never be able to learn Deft Harbinger of Talismanic Doom.

If 25 dex is required, shouldn't it just be an arial racial edge, or shouldn't that be specified in the helpfile?
