#18587, "Inconsistant fountain"


          

The fountain in upper craigstone is not flagged magic, but when you drink from it with spellbane up it fires.

I figure either the fountain should be flagged magic or spellbane shouldn't fire. The fountains description would leave one to believe its natural though.
