You are focusing your bonus learning on evade.

I've had that turned on since lvl 24 when I practiced evade to lvl 45. And I've recieved imm-xp twice and no gains. (not sure if it affects that though.)

This far I've gotten 1 skill gain in when I've leveled. Since this change come (pre-purge) I haven't seen it happen so few times before. Bug? Or just really unlucky? heh

Specifically the part about it working poorly for evade.
