This oily black whip is made from supple leather, oiled until it almost
drips on the floor. It makes your hands feel greasy just to touch. The
tails of the whip are split into 10 ends, each tipped with a nasty-looking
silver dagger end. In the lines of the whip, you can see dried blood.
