#16696, "Whispers and Con"


          

Is it possible that by taking the 'wise recovery' edge I cancelled out whispers somehow? I seem to not be regening a great deal of the hps I did before taking the edge.

But I also only have 10 con, so I'm not sure if that is a factor instead.
