There is no savage feeding for headbutt, even on a miss. Seems like you'd have a good chance for it when you get your head that close. By design?

I don't remember what all was discussed the last couple times this came up, but I do remember that it's not an oversight.

I seem to recall someone saying that you don't get a savage feeding on headbutt because your head is in such a motion that biting would be impractical. I figure this to mean because you're aiming with the forehead, your mouth is pretty much out of the equation in this scenario.

But if its also for game balance purposes, that is totally cool too.
