The character had avoid up and was standing at the watcher. I guess the ancient knight casted bless or armor and I avoided it which started a fight. I was idling ofcourse so I didnt catch it and woke up at recall.

Was in Shokai's shrine, Sune Rai did a few supps towards me that were fine. Then one that I avoided to initiate combat.
I've included the ones that went through normally, followed by the one that didn't if it helps.
