#16527, "Avoid consuming mana while using shield and weapon."


          

If I switch to shield and weapon while avoiding it continues to consume mana even though I am no longer avoiding stuff. Not sure if this was a bug or by design just thought it needed some looking at.

Also according to the helpfile avoid suggests that avoid lets you avoid stuff not normally dodged I have yet to see this at work... is it level dependent?
