Seems odd to me that this form cannot flyto from the air, but my 3rd tier form can.
Skills
Scan : Scan further, and actually scan above the world
Dive : Dive at your opponent from above
Peck : Peck at your opponent with your beak
Flyto : Fly to a person you can see nearby
Fly : Fly above the world
Note, Barn swallow doesn't even have fly in its skill list, yet it can.
