Described to remove 'man-made' alterations to natural terrain.

It won't remove conglaciation or conjurer circles. Also was going to test it on vortex but that was on tainted land that wouldn't budge, so I don't know the result there.

It also removes tainted land caused by Druk'trars (which taint a LOT of land fast) but it can be re-tainted again immediately. Something very irritation when the druk'trar is out of pk range.

Yup.

Incorrect; it won't always remove them, but it can.

>or conjurer circles.

By design. The circle doesn't really affect you and it's too much killing power out of PK range in the situation where it's actually useful.

Correct. You can do something about it, but probably not as much as you'd like. This isn't an oversight.
