Perfected the supplication and expected to shift into a bird at 100% confidence level. Despite perfecting it, and having all the shapeshifting edges, I'm shapeshifting into a bird that can 'learn' itself better many more times without ever feeling perfected. Is this by design? The same seems true of the bearform.
