Please double check the checks for resist mental and 'Purity of Mind' against the Fright and Dread checks.
As it is now, the bard(s) that have the Dread edge are singing Nocturne of Fright to cause the Dread side-effect to appear even out of combat allowing their gank buddies and fiends an unfair advantage against the one class that should be able to prep effectively against the Fright + Grand Nocturne strategy.
