#16073, "Eyes of the cat strips night vision in form"

When I'm in form, and eyes of the cat wears off, it strips the night vision from my form.

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Cast eyes of the cat
2.) shift into form
3.) wait for eyes of the cat to fall

Your eyes revert to their normal state.

Rows of tables and chairs fill this room. Along the eastern wall is a long
counter, with dwarves behind it serving food. A sour smell drifts through the
room. The smooth stone walls are bare of any decoration. You see a pile of
bowls and mugs alongside a tankard of ale on the floor. In one corner you see
a well. A stout wooden door lies in the southern wall, and you see a dark
corridor through a passageway to the west.

A pile of copper coins.
A pile of silver coins.
A woolen cloak has been left here.
A small copper cap is lying here.
Othershifter scampers along, glancing about furtively.
Warriorguy is here.
