I've noticed this with a few characters but the order of the observation skills that are learned are backwards in one place.
I get Careful vision first, which is a level 30 skill, then later observation grants me Attune which is a level 20 skill.
Shouldn't I get the level 20 Attune before I get a level 30 careful vision skill?
