I know it's not a big deal, but the lag from using the soot ritual almost totally ensures that I take damage and/or lose a potion each and every time I do it. I've probably lost 10 potions to this. The nature of the ability makes it seem like it would give some kind of fire resistance too, but I think I must be mistaken.
I am tossing this here because I don't know if it is by design or a minor error in the ability. Thanks.
