This is obviously not a high priority, but I'm wondering if there's something that has caused the sea snake form to have drastically lower learning rates.
I've played quite a few shifters and seem to always have somewhat similar learning rates progressing from Adequate to Confident, but with the sea snake, I've probably spent close to a full hour actually fighting in form and i'm still only competent. Just feels very off.
Anyways, if it's just the RNG being painful that's cool, thought i'd check.
