When in Duo - you do not get cabal raid bonus.

If it is given even if in the same room, you do not get raid xp or bonus while duo.

At first I thought this might be a bug...then thought about it a bit more, and decided that if your contributions to a raid are hanging out duo you don't deserve anything.
