The guard shouldn't yell, the player should yell. Right? Shouldn't be a warrant on him for it right?
At least I tried to convince the tribunals of that when it happened to me. ^^

I can definitely see how this can #### up quite a few characters, whether empire or Tribunal, especially by warrants and guildguards.
I'm totally for the items effect, and think it's fine--But when it comes to the yelling, that's just silly.
