As far as I can tell from the helpfile
100% bloodlust should be all I require for this edge, though it is not availible even with 100% bloodlust.

I suspect there are several edges that the helpfiles would hint that I should have access too from what they say, but obviously don't for some unmentioned reason like in this instance.
