#13705, "Buggy prog?"


          

(Humming) a lightweight spear of quickness

Seems it's prog has only one charge.
When it fired off first time, I had a proper line in affects list.
When it fired for second, third etc time, I had nothing in affects indicating that it actually worked. Looks like it's only a fancy echo with zero effect, once the prog went off for the first time.
Bug?

You mean you got echoes, but didnt' get any affect? Got a log, this is pretty straightforward piece of code that is used in many different places and it all looks good to me.
