It looks like you have already been restored. That being said, the bug board is not the optimal way to get this fixed. Check out help corrupted pfile, send a mail to the IMPS, you're going to get a lot more traction that way.
Pfiles (player-files) can get corrupted in many different ways. If your pfile has been corrupted, you'll probably see something like the following: - The game seems to crash or lock up every time you try to log on - Your character has suddenly lost levels or changed classes - Your character has lost skills, their description, or their role - Your password is shown as invalid when logging on, but you *know* that you have not changed it
If you try to logon and receive the message 'ACCESS DENIED', this is not a corrupted pfile, your character has been denied intentionally. This may be for one of several reasons include rules violations, age death, or con loss.
Also, if your character logs on with no equipment and it appears you have not died, this is not a corrupted pfile. See HELP CHEAT CODE for details.
If your pfile has been corrupted, think back to the last time you played this character successfully. Send an email to pfile@carrionfields.com, including the NAME of the character and the DAY AND TIME (as close as possible) you last played the character BEFORE it was corrupted. Even something like "at least a week ago" is better than nothing.
The only way to get pfile restored is to send email to the above address. Notes to immortal will be ignored. If you do not receive a reply within 3 days, send the request again. PFile restorations are handled by a group of immortals now so the response should be timely. When your pfile has been restored, you will receive an email confirming the outcome.
It is possible your character could be restored to a period where the player file was still corrupted, however we will work hard to find this before you do. If your pfile is still corrupted, and you may need to give a date 1 or 2 days earlier than you originally stated.
Please note: Because you are being restored from a backup, you will lose some of the most recent experience/levels/equipment/etc you had.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR PASSWORD OUT TO ANYONE - INCLUDING AN IMMORTAL. DO NOT SEND YOUR PASSWORD IN AN EMAIL TO 'pfile@carrionfields.com'. IMMORTALS DO NOT KNOW YOUR PASSWORD AND WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR IT.
So long, and thanks for all the fish!
