I dont think it's working.

I have tried it with nearly every login for weeks and nothing.

It's just a helpfile.

'area recent' just tries to find areas with the string 'recent' in the title, of which there are none. This works for any words not mentioned as keywords in 'help areas':

areas swamp
| 10 - 30 | Divox - Blackwater Swamp
| 40 - 51 | Stellyx - Whistlewood Swamp
