#12498, "Eyes of the cat Svirfnebli."


          

Svirfnebli can pratice this as well as felars and it was a waste of practices as they cannot use it, so I was wondering if the same could be done for felars and it be given at 100% and practices returned?

It was made so you could no longer practice it. No refunds.
