Seems that the Faerie Dragon under the fam command has the ability to sleep. But if you try to tell the Fam to sleep, it says it can not sleep. Also hoping against belief that the faerie dragon had the ability to sleep others, I tried it as an attack skill and was returned it could not sleep as well. Talked to another Imm at the time and they suggested posting it to the bug board.
