Help file indicates this transfers over to form slightly and can help with scanning. Felar shifters can practice the skill at a cost of practice points, but when they try to cast the spell, you get the prompt, You can already see in the dark.
Can this be made so felars get it at 100% or maybe add to the helpfile so practices are not wasted?
