I was working on the Arkham Cabal quest, and it was working fine until Olin the Innkeeper was changed due to Halloween. I believe that because his description was altered just for the time being, it has affected the quest itself. I am no longer asked questions by the creature that is suppose to.
I spoke in character about it, and the Immortal adviced me to post it here. In reality, it should be corrected as soon as Olin is changed back after Halloween, so it isn't a huge deal, but I thought you should know.
Also, I didn't know if there was anything that could be done currently so my character wouldn't have to wait until after Halloween.
I have attempted to look at Olin and return to the person I need to three different times, all with the same result, so this was the final conclusion I came up with.
