#11502, "Loch Grymnear quests not on the list."

There are 4, that I know of, or 3 and one has two parts.

And a question. What defines a Quest? Is it anything that grants a reward (item/coin/xp), or are some just reward 'tasks' but not necessarily 'quests'. Or should they all be on the list as we can report them ? Does someone/something need to ask you, or prompt you to do a task ?

I'm cool with them being on the list. If there is something you have to remember (a certain speech pattern, a list of items, etc) they should definitely be in the list.
