The key on a certain questy mob in the tunnels of Loch Grynmear doesn't seem to repop. I've tried requesting from him numerous times over the last 2 days, and he never has the key. I haven't seen any signs of others being there, so I doubt anyone is requesting it in the interim. Is it repopping properly and I'm just having bad luck, or is this a bug?

It seems to be repopping fine. And it's not the only key to that door.
