Ok, I already posted this on the unofficial, but I'll post it here aswell because it bothers me not knowing and some clarification would be appreciated =)

So can it fire like that without the specific skill, because I don't have it (that I know of)? Other circumstances I'm unaware of that made it possible?

It's something that potentially happens to spells with a very thin Veil.

It happening with communes, cabal powers, etc. will be FNCR.
