You say 'Transform into a polearm'
Your weapon twists its shape and transforms into a wickedly barbed polearm, 'Magebane'.

<985hp 448m 671mv 27100tnl (-23.18%)> wield polearm

You do not have that item.

<985hp 448m 671mv 27100tnl (-23.18%)> A Woodland Path
There are quite a few healthy looking trees here, some bearing fruit and
showing bird nests. The weather here is somewhat warmer then you expected,
and a few grazing animals can be seen off in the distance, showing no fear
of your approach. To the east and west the path extends further. To the
north you notice a large clump of green trees standing tall, and a dirt
trail which leads through them.

Alas, you cannot go that way.

You are using:
<worn on finger> a pitch-black ring
<worn on finger> ---
<worn around neck> ---
<worn around neck> ---
<worn on body> (Glowing) a shirt of shining silver chain
<worn on head> ---
<worn on face> horned mask of silver
<worn on legs> ---
<worn on feet> ---
<worn on hands> a pair of titanium gauntlets
<worn on arms> a set of polished mithril armplates
<worn about body> ---
<worn about waist> a soiled, rotted loincloth
<worn around wrist> an adamantite bracer
<worn around wrist> an adamantite bracer
<mainhand wielded> the Hammer of Muspellsheim
<offhand wielded> a wickedly barbed polearm, 'Magebane'

If you tell it to transform while dual wielding it, it won't drop when you change to a two handed weapon

Thx
