Your kotegaeshi can't get nodisarm items out of hands. This is by design.
As far as the blindness post goes, you're making a number of assumptions which are not correct. Nothing seems buggy here.

Just to be sure about something, if someone is dual wielding no-disarm weapons (say, two humansunders), a kot *would* make them drop the offhand one, right? Just that you can't ever get the main wield one out of their hands, no matter what you do, ever, in any way. Yah?

There's a Zulg post somewhere on this forum recently about it.
Basically, nodisarm isn't coming out of that hand, period.

Wow. Ragers really do take it in the junk. Virtually all if not all nodisarm weapons are magic or otherwise unuseable by ragers. And I can't think of any cabal *more* suited to using, and which would be more ready to use such things, as a cabal full of fighters.
One of the things I would revisit, seeing if nodisarm weapons really should be flagged magic. Being nodisarm isn't by itself "magical" just as being cursed or elemental or whatever isn't. I obviously haven't looked at the descriptions of each weapon, but perhaps some might lose the magic flag.
And no, I'm not even playing a rager currently. My current character is delighted to have magic.
