Interesting situation here. Zel kills Jrhurg. Has her guards loot his corpse for obvious reasons. However intends to return some of the items, whatever is not needed. Goes to chase after another criminal. When she leaves the city her guards disappear and they take the loot with them. The same happens when I release them.
Is it supposed to be like this? Because we all thought the items would be saved by just being dropped on the ground. Even got Jrhurg's hopes up about having his stuff returned. Sorry Jrhurg. We really were going to return some of it.
