I would love this!

Might be easier to even just do a whole new command, like emoteto, that would echo the sayto syntax and methodology. But it would need to be smart enough to swap out 'you' or bob with the appropriately word depending who is seeing.

emoteto bob 'praises you for always being so giving.'

Bob sees:
Cally praises you for always being so giving.

Others in room see:
Cally praises Bob for always being so giving.

so just, 'you' will always get swapped for targeted char name if targeted char not seeing.
