With so few players these days, all the low level quests that require you to kill X number of Y mobs are nice in the sense that they allow you to solo level to mid-teens. But they are also problematic in the sense that it makes it EXTREMELY difficult to actually find a group even when there ARE others in your newbie range/early-pk range, as most people want to ensure they complete those quests for the commerce xp. Unfortunately, these quests are NOT group friendly. When you try to do these quests with a group, the quest giver gets confused as to how many kills each group member got. Even landing the killing blow isn't a definitive way to count the kills. This basically means you HAVE to level up solo most of the time, since any potential group mate is pursuing these quests, and unwilling to group until finished.

My suggested change is to make these quests more like the level 20+ mob killing quests where you specifically are told to do them as a group. That way, you can still group to level faster if you want, without actually sacrificing those quests and their rewards.
